The maximum weight of products that can be ordered at one time is 2kg.

[Regarding re-delivery due to incorrect address]
If the delivery address is entered incorrectly and the item is returned to our store with an unknown address, an additional shipping fee will be charged for redelivery. Please note this in advance.
If you would like redelivery, please transfer the additional shipping fee to the specified financial institution account and we will reship the item after confirming the payment.
[Regarding long-term absence/refusal to receive]
- If you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the item, we will refuse to do business with you in the future.
- Please check the missed delivery slip that was posted and request redelivery. After shipping, the delivery company will store your package for 7 days from the first visit date. If you are absent, please be sure to check the missed delivery slip. Packages that have exceeded the storage period will be returned to our store as a refusal to receive them.

- We will not reship or refund returned packages.
